Zhang Ni, PhD in Education. She graduated from the University of Glasgow, UK in March 2025, majoring in Educational Leadership and Policy. In May 2025, she joined the Institute of Educational Economics and Management at China University of Mining and Technology.Her research focuses on educational policy and management, educational leadership development, and formal and informal governance in educational technology.She has delivered 7 presentations at annual conferences including the European Conference on Educational Research (ECER) and the British Educational Research Association (BERA). She has presided over and participated in 2 university-level and provincial-level projects.
