Li QiangLi Qiang, male, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, born in October 1965 in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor, and a director of the Chinese Education Accounting Society.He graduated from China University of Mining and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in July 1989 and joined the university in the same year. He obtained his master’s degree in Management from the Accounting program at China University of Mining and Technology in July 1999, and his doctoral degree in Management from the Management Science and Engineering program at China University of Mining and Technology in July 2008. He was promoted to professor in 2007.From July 1989 to May 2012, he successively served as Deputy Director of the Accounting Department of the School of Management, Deputy Director of the Finance Office, and Director of the Finance Office at China University of Mining and Technology. During this period, he also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of China University of Mining and Technology National University Science Park Co., Ltd.He has been Assistant to the President of China University of Mining and Technology since May 2012, and a Member of the Standing Committee and Vice President of the CPC Committee of China University of Mining and Technology since December 2013.Professor Li Qiang has long been engaged in research on government and non-profit organization accounting, university financial management, and measurement and compensation of university student training costs. He has authored and published works including *Accounting for Capital Construction Units*, *College Accounting*, and *Cost Accounting*.In recent years, he has published more than 40 papers in over ten journals such as *Public Finance Research*, *China Higher Education*, and *Finance & Accounting*. He has presided over a number of research projects including the Doctoral Program Fund supported by the Ministry of Education.He has received many awards, including the First Prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award, First Prize of Jiangsu Soft Science Achievement Award, First Prize of Work Safety Science and Technology Achievement Award, and Second Prize of National Coal Education Excellent Achievement Award. He was awarded the honorary title of “Advanced Accountant of Jiangsu Province” in 2009 and “Advanced Worker of Jiangsu Provincial Education Finance and Accounting System” in 2011.
