Personal Profile:

Jin Yuhuan, born in 1991, holds a Doctoral degree in Management from Xi’an Jiaotong University, completed postdoctoral research in Public Administration at Northwest University, and served as a visiting scholar at Freie Universität Berlin.

He is currently a faculty member at the School of Public Administration, China University of Mining and Technology, specializing in administrative management, emergency management and related research fields. He has published many academic papers in CSSCI and SSCI indexed journals. He presides over one Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Type C) and one General Project of Shaanxi Soft Science respectively, and has participated in more than 10 research projects, including General Projects of the National Social Science Fund, Major Projects of Shaanxi Soft Science, and Youth Projects of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education.
