Personal Profile：

Jiang Zihao received his PhD in Management from the School of Business, University of Science and Technology of China. He has participated in completing multiple research projects, including major projects of the National Social Science Fund, general projects of the National Natural Science Fund, and post-funding projects of the National Social Science Fund. His main research areas include science and technology policy, technological innovation, digital transformation, and work safety. He has published more than 20 SCI/SSCI/CSSCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, and has participated in compiling multiple monographs and textbooks.
