Personal Profile：

Zhao Tianyi, PhD in Management, graduated from the Management Science and Engineering program at Harbin University of Science and Technology, and is a visiting scholar at the University of Edinburgh, UK. He has presided over 3 research projects, including the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Project, the Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Fund Youth Project, and the Basic Business Expenses Project of Central Universities. He has participated in national key research and development programs, major projects of the National Social Science Fund, key projects of the National Social Science Fund, and general projects of the National Natural Science Fund. He has published more than 10 papers in journals such as Studies in Science of Science, China Soft Science, Small Business Economics, Scientometrics, and Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, and authored 1 academic monograph (published by Science Press). He has submitted 8 policy advisory reports to relevant government departments. His main research directions include: scientific and technological innovation and risk governance, urban low-altitude safety emergency management.
