Personal Profile:

Zhao Qiongya, born in May 1997, PhD, Lecturer. She graduated from China University of Mining and Technology, majoring in Public Administration (Economics and Management of Education), and obtained her Doctoral Degree in Management.

She joined the Department of Administrative Management at China University of Mining and Technology in June 2025. Her research mainly focuses on emergency charity, social organization management, and social governance.

She has published 4 papers in CSSCI journals and 1 article in   Study Times, the only Party newspaper dedicated to learning, which is one of the major central news outlets and distributed domestically and internationally. She has attended international conferences and delivered English presentations twice: one at a representative international conference in her research field, and the other where she won the Best Presentation Award.

She presides over 1 provincial-level project and 1 university-level project, and has participated in various research projects including the National Social Science Fund of China, the Key Project of Philosophy and Social Science Research in Jiangsu Province, and the Special Research Project of the Chinese Society of Higher Education.
