Zhai Junliang, born in 1986, is a Ph.D. graduate from Huazhong Agricultural University and a visiting scholar at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at the School of Public Management. His research primarily focuses on rural reform and development, public value governance, and public safety management. In recent years, he has led one project of the National Social Science Foundation, one project of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, and participated in several projects at the provincial and ministerial levels. Zhai Junliang has published over 20 academic papers and authored three monographs.
