Personal Profile:

Li Quancai, female, member of the Communist Party of China, Han ethnicity, born in August 1966. From September 1985 to July 1989, she studied School Education at the Department of Education, Anhui Normal University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education.  She began working in July 1989 and was appointed Associate Professor of Psychology in 2001. In 2006, she became a supervisor for master’s students. Li Quancai is primarily engaged in teaching undergraduate courses in psychology and social work at the university level. Her research interests include educational psychology, social work, and social management and security.
