Personal Profile:
Cao Ming, male, born in January 1977, Pizhou, Jiangsu Province. Holds a Ph.D. in Management and he is an Associate Professor currently affiliated with the School of Public Management at China University of Mining and Technology. His primary research areas include urban public safety, public risk management, and the fields of resource economics and policy. Cao Ming has led one project of the National Social Science Foundation, participated in one major project of the National Social Science Foundation, and engaged in five other national-level projects. He has authored two monographs, published over 30 academic papers, with more than 10 indexed by SCI/SSCI, EI, and CSSCI. He has received two provincial and ministerial-level research awards and was honored for an outstanding doctoral dissertation at the university level.
