Personal Profile:

Cao Huimin, male, from Handan, Hebei Province. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Lanzhou University and is currently an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor. He graduated as a visiting scholar from the University of Liverpool in 2019-2020. Additionally, he serves as a director of the China Institutional Staffing Management Research Association, a member of the Hebei Province Science and Technology Expert Database, and a part-time researcher at the Taiwan Industrial-Academia Collaboration and Development Promotion Association. Cao Huimin has been involved in and led multiple national and provincial research projects, and he has publicly published over ten academic papers.
