Sa Haoxuan, Professor and PhD Supervisor of the Emergency Management Department, Climbing Scholar of China University of Mining and Technology, and Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu Province. She has engaged in long-term teaching and research at the University of Helsinki, Finland, successively serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Geography and Geoinformation Systems, a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Urban and Regional Development Research Center, and a Tenure-Track PhD Researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Helsinki. Her main research fields include urban governance, emergency management, land system and housing policy, carbon neutrality, etc.
