Doctor degree from Xiamen University. Visiting scholar, Institute of Journalism and Communication, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
He is currently the director of the Network Risk Management Research Center of China University of Mining and Technology, associate professor of the School of Public Administration (School of Emergency Management) of China University of Mining and Technology, member of the graduate Training Committee of China University of Mining and Technology, master tutor, and young academic leader of China University of Mining and Technology.
He is also an associate professor at the Collaborative Innovation Center for Peaceful Development of Cross-Strait Relations of Xiamen University (National "2011 Plan") and a researcher at the Political Communication Research Center of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
