Biography:

Ma Yajing, female, from Dingzhou, Hebei. She is a teacher at the School of Public Administration of China University of Mining and Technology and a visiting scholar at New York University. She is a national second-class psychological counselor, social worker, senior development trainer, innovation and entrepreneurship tutor of "National Applied Talent Training Project", director of Research Department of Pengcheng Social Work Service Center in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, member of China Social Security Society, expert of Social Work Supervisory Group of Xuzhou Municipal Women's Federation, and member of Expert Pool of Civil Affairs Bureau of Yunlong District, Xuzhou City. Mr. Pengcheng is a member of the China Social Security Society.
