Personal Profile:

Yang Chao, male, holds a Ph.D. in Management. Currently, he serves as a lecturer and master’s supervisor at the School of Public Management, China University of Mining and Technology. Dr. Yang earned his Ph.D. in Public Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and obtained a jointly awarded Ph.D. from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, sponsored by the China Scholarship Council. With a robust academic background, he has led, completed, or participated in over 20 research projects, contributing to publications in renowned journals such as SSCI, CSSCI, and Chinese core journals, with over 20 research papers to his credit. Dr. Yang also serves as a manuscript reviewer for journals including AJTI, QEIOS, “Science of Science and Management of S.&.T.,” “Forum on Science and Technology in China,” and “Journal of Chongqing University of Technology,” which are indexed in SSCI and CSSCI. Notable achievements include receiving the second prize in the 2022 Jiangsu Higher Education Foreign Student Teaching Observation Competition and the “Outstanding Achievement Award” in the Education-Military Integration Strategic Research.
