Personal Profile:

Dr. Zhang Hui is a lecturer at the School of Law and Humanities, China University of Mining and Technology. Holding a Ph.D. in Management, his research focuses on e-government, social media, and government management. Dr. Zhang has led one project supported by the Jiangsu Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Foundation and one by the Central University’s basic research funds. He has also contributed to four national and provincial-level research projects. His academic work includes the publication of eight research papers in journals such as “Government Information Quarterly,” “Library and Information Service,” and “Journal of Information.” Dr. Zhang serves as a reviewer for journals like “Computers in Human Behavior,” “Information Technology & Politics,” and “Information Technology & People.”
