Personal Profile:

Li Changgui, male, researcher, Ph.D., doctoral supervisor, and former Secretary of the institute’s Party Committee. He specializes in research on education management, ideological and political education, safety management, emergency management, and party building work. Li Changgui has been honored with titles such as "Advanced Individual in Ideological and Political Work in Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions" and "Advanced Figure in Ideological and Political Work of China Coal Industry.” He has presided over or participated in more than 20 major social science research projects of the Ministry of Education, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Special Project for Social Science Research Counselors of the Ministry of Education, Jiangsu Provincial Key Projects in Education Planning, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Provincial Communist Youth League, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, t the Student Work Branch of the Higher Education Society, College Party Construction, and Teaching Research, and has presided over and participated in more than 10 school-enterprise cooperation projects. He has published over 40 high-level academic papers in journals such as SCI, SSCI, EI, CSSCI, and others. His have received two provincial and ministerial-level awards, the first prize from the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the first prize from the China Coal Education Association, the special prize from the Student Work Branch of the China Higher Education Society, and 32 other awards at the school level and above.

In 2022, under his guidance, students won the third prize in the 17th “Challenge Cup” National University Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition. Additionally, a graduate student under his supervision won the third prize in the “2022 Jiangsu Graduate Public Management Case Analysis Competition.”
