Biography:

Gong Yunlong, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Master's Degree Supervisor, graduated from DelftUniversity of Technology in 2017, and joined the Department of Land Resource Management of China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) as a faculty member in the same year. His main research interests are urban housing and land economy, ecological and environmental economy, and he has presided over or completed more than 10 vertical and horizontal projects, such as the Jiangsu Province "Double Creation" Doctoral Program, the Central Universities Scientific Research Operational Fees, and Xuzhou Municipal Social Science Fund, etc. He has published more than 10 academic papers as the first and corresponding authors in the domestic and international journals, such as UrbanStudies and China Land Science, etc. He has also published more than 10 academic papers as the first and corresponding author. He has published more than 10 academic papers in UrbanStudies, China Land Science and other domestic and international journals as the first and corresponding author, and has been awarded the second prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award, and the second prize of the excellent paper of the Eighth Academic Conference of Jiangsu Philosophy and Social Science Circles. He has served as an anonymous reviewer for SCI/SSCI journals such as UrbanStudies, HousingStudies, RealEstateEconomics, and Journal of Housing and Built Environment.Specialties and research interests: urban housing and land economics, real estate price assessment, ecological and environmental economics.
